BEFORE- View of the front of the house. All of the siding and trim will be replaced as will the front porch column and the front door trim. New molding will also be installed to accent the front window.

AFTER- what on amazing transformation! The new Fypon molding around the front door and above the front window provide beautiful accents and complement the new porch column

AFTER- The beautiful new siding completely transforms the house. This siding was installed with molded insulation boards making the house much more energy-efficient.

BEFORE View of the rear of the house. The existing deck will be removed and replaced as well.

AFTER- The new siding and the new deck completely transform the back of this house. Sitting on the deck is a tent enclosure which keeps the bugs at bay.

BEFORE- The existing deck stops where the basement stairwell starts.

AFTER- The new deck has several levels,with full width steps which eliminate the need for any railing. The basement stairwell wall has been built up with beautiful new stone and a trellis above.

BEFORE- The existing fluted front door wood molding and trim will be replaced with Fypon molding which is rot resistant

AFTER- The dated fluted wood pilasters and pediment have been replaced with more current Fypon paneled pilasters and pediment

BEFORE View shows the entire front porch including the door and the windows. The window shutters will be replaced and a new window crosshead will be installed above them

AFTER- New vinyl panel shutters replace the old louvered shutters, and a new fypon window crosshead accents the large triple window. New "Alside charter oak" White vinyl soffit finishes off the porch ceiling.
