KITCHEN- KEISER

BEFORE
DURING- The cabinets and the flooring have been removed, The alcove has been opened up and the pantry closet has been removed and reframed to accept a new custom built-in cabinet.
DURING- The new 5 inch maple hardwood floor has been installed. Electric rough-in is also under way.
DURING- all of the new cabinets and countertop have been installed, and the new tile backsplash has started. Masonite has been laid down to protect every inch of the beautiful new maple hardwood floor'.
AFTER- all work is complete! Beautiful new pendant lights accent the peninsula which has operable doors on both sides providing ample storage.

AFTER- An electrical outlet was installed on the side of the peninsula to meet code requirements.

AFTER- The peninsula has a double bowl sink as shown.

DURING- The new 5 inch maple hardwood floor is installed. This flooring will run underneath of all the new cabinetry.
AFTER- The base cabinet to the left of the dishwasher is a tray divider cabinet

AFTER- these custom-made cabinets have all the bells and whistles including soft close doors and drawers and a soft close sink tilt tray

DURING- The pantry closet has been removed, the opening has been framed and finished to accept a new custom made pantry cabinet. Hardwood flooring has been run into the opening as well.
AFTER- The new custom-made pantry cabinet is in place. This cabinet provides more usable storage space than the old closet.
AFTER- The new pantry cabinet has rollout shelves on the bottom and adjustable shelves up top.
AFTER- This custom made pantry features solid hardwood rollout shelves with dovetail construction and full extension Undermount drawer slides.

DURING- The doorway separating the alcove from the kitchen was eliminated. A load bearing beam was installed to widen the opening and eliminate the doorway.
AFTER- The alcove is now part of the kitchen with its own base and wall cabinetry. The beautiful new hardwood floor seamlessly runs from the kitchen into the dining room and foyer.
BEFORE- A head on view of the existing doorway which separates the alcove and the dining room from the kitchen.
AFTER- eliminating the doorway and adding cabinetry in this area gives the kitchen a more open feeling.

AFTER- Wow – what a difference! Looking into the kitchen from the dining room is quite a view now!

AFTER- View of the refrigerator wall
AFTER-To the left is a tall panel that encloses the refrigerator, to the right is a narrow cabinet that serves two purposes – it keeps the refrigerator off the wall, and it provides storage.
AFTER- The cabinet to the right of the refrigerator has roll out spice racks with a small drawer in the middle. It was designed this way so that the spice racks clear the garage door knob and only the small drawer is interfered with.
AFTER- View of the new kitchen shows the backside of the peninsula which has 5 operable doors.
AFTER- 4 of the doors on the peninsula open to 12" deep adjustable shelves. The 5'th door to the far left opens to 24" deep rollout shelves which utilize the space of the "blind" corner.
BEFORE- Another picture provided by the customer, taken from the dining room looking into the kitchen. This clearly shows that a small secluded alcove was created by the two walls.
AFTER- The small alcove has now become part of the larger kitchen which gives a much more open floor plan.

AFTER- View of the dining room shows the beautiful new maple hardwood flooring which runs seamlessly from the kitchen throughout the first floor.
DURING- View of the small half bathroom which sits right next to the new pantry cabinet.
AFTER- The bathroom now sports a new hardwood floor and a fresh coat of paint!
